Catalyst Support Activated Carbon
Technical Process
This series of products is powdered activated carbon manufactured with wood chips, charcoal or other wood materials as raw materials via chemical or physical activation processes, and refined by post-treatment with scientific formula.
Functional Characteristics
High abrasion strength, large specific surface area, uniform particle size, good wash resistance and easy regeneration.
Applications
Mainly used as catalyst support in vinyl acetate synthesis by acetylene fluidized-bed process; for purification of precious rare metals and gold refining in carbon-in-pulp process; and removal of contaminated radioactive gases such as iodine (I?), xenon (Xe) and krypton (Kr) in nuclear power stations.
