Food sugar series activated carbon
Technical process: This series of products is made from sawdust as raw material, produced by chemical activation process, and refined into high adsorption performance powdered activated carbon through scientific formula after post-treatment.
Functional characteristics: It has developed mesoporous structure, fast decolorization speed, large adsorption capacity, short filtration time, excellent hydrophobicity, and other characteristics. Especially suitable for decolorization and refining of deep pigments and polymer materials.
Application: The main purpose of using activated carbon in food is to remove pigments and their precursors, adjust fragrance, deodorize, remove colloids, remove substances that hinder crystallization, and improve product stability. Widely used in liquid-phase adsorption, such as sugar industry, beverage industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, oil industry, printing and dyeing industry, environmental protection industry and other fields. Specially suitable for the decolorization and gelatinization of sweeteners in the food industry, such as sugarcane sugar, beet sugar, starch sugar, lactose, molasses, xylose, xylitol, maltose, glucose, and hydrolyzed protein solutions. Beverage industry, such as Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, food additives, preservatives, saccharin, citric acid, pectin, gelatin, essence flavor, active clay, etc. The decolorization, refining, and odor removal of chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates such as cysteine, itaconic acid, fluorescent whitening agents, gallic acid, and hydroquinone.
