Water and gas purification series activated carbon
Technical process: This series of products uses fruit shells (imported coconut shells, apricot shells, walnut shells) as raw materials, and is produced using high-temperature steam activation technology. After crushing, screening, and post-processing, different specifications of granular activated carbon are produced.
Functional characteristics: It has a large specific surface area, developed pore structure, excellent adsorption performance, high wear resistance, washability, less surface fine powder, and easy regeneration.
Application: Widely used in daily life, industry, liquid-phase adsorption, water purification, and gas-phase adsorption. Especially suitable for industries such as power plants, petrochemicals, refineries, printing and dyeing textile industry, food and beverage, pharmaceutical water, electronic high-purity water, domestic drinking water, industrial water reuse, etc. It can effectively adsorb free chlorine, phenols, sulfur, oil, gum, pesticide residues, and other organic pollutants in water, with residual chlorine and semi dechlorination values. Among them, silver loaded activated carbon has a special effect on the adsorption of precursor substances of mutagenic substances (THM) and can inhibit bacterial growth, achieving aseptic effect. It can also be widely applied to the purification of various industrial exhaust gases, the adsorption of radioactive pollutants from nuclear power plants, and the recovery of organic solvents.
